if you’re able to seize the day everyday, eventually the stars will align in some way and magical things will happen, not everyday has the same opportunities but by training ourselves to always seize the day we are training ourselves to capitalize on these instances where seizing the day can be be life-changing

For example, you randomly start a conversation because you are curious about something. So start talking to someone about it and have a really good conversation. Then the person mentions how they’re actually a manager looking to hire people and based on how well you interacted, they were very impressed and decided to give you a job on the spot

not tryna say that everything good = getting a job, but it’s the most common idea to demonstrate it’s effectiveness

one thing to keep in mind is the fact that people’s intention can be revealed easily, unless they’re an expert in hiding them. We are all generally smart enough to differentiate between a genuine conversation from one that is not (tryna get smthn from them)
