- if you have the core pillars and that can be different for everyone but for Muslim people it would be the five prayers you can use these five prayers as pillars for your other habits.
- in my case one big one is The need to sleep on time to be able to wake up before sunrise and catch fajr prayer
- this by itself ties to so many other Habits that I want to have in my life, including:
- finishing work and not letting it extend through the night
- having a consistent sleep schedule
- remaining pure by not fapping (Pornography/NoFap) because you have to:
- sleep on time
- wake up on time
- being pure when you wake up otherwise you will have to clean yourself before sunrise
- this ties to my eating habits as well
- thinking about it now, I could have five chapters for my day each chapter has one focus and between each chapter I pray/take a break (eat).
- it also helps with making sure you don’t spend too long having fun so you can limit yourself to one chapter or maximum two chapters where you’re having fun
