Shifting Focus to Value

I want to adopt a different strategy for link maxing. Previously, I’ve been too focused on the technology, which is cool, but now I want to concentrate on providing actual value. This starts with understanding what’s already in the market—analyzing what companies do and how they do it. It’s also about reviewing what people think, understanding if they want something better, and identifying whether they are looking for alternatives.

Understanding Our Audience

I’ve identified my target audience as young professionals, fresh graduates, and founders—people like me who talk to a lot of people and want to improve their speech. This sets my idea apart because it revolves around managing relationships autonomously while enhancing speech. It’s designed to grow with the user and their relationships.

Integrating the Memory Vault

The idea of the memory vault integrates smoothly with the product, but I’m cautious about forcing this feature unless it’s genuinely desired. The core still centers on speech improvement. If people don’t actively use the platform to speak and record interactions, there’s no point in diving deeper into connections.

Long-term Vision and Strategy

I need to think about what this will look like in 10 years, or at least in five, and then reverse-engineer a plan from there. I’ve been acting impulsively, doing things without strategy or meaning. It’s time to focus on what I truly want, doubling down on that vision.

Considering Game Integration

The game, Question Tration, could be smoothly integrated into our system. However, I need to think about who needs this the most and be honest about it. For example, platforms like Fluently cater to people with less-than-perfect English because they need it the most. Their user experience is tailored for that audience.

Focusing on a Specific Audience

I need to pinpoint a specific audience, uncover their pain points, and determine which features they want. This will help create a solution worth paying for. They should be eager enough to pay for it, indicating its value.

Unique Features and Testing

We are testing the ability to share personalized insights based on who is speaking. One unique feature we offer is this personalized insight, which we need to validate. The next step is to explore the need for shared aspects, like tracking conversations.

Future Steps

  1. Validation of shared conversation tracking.
  2. Autonomously extracting key relationship insights to foster better connections.
  3. Gamifying elements or linking them to my other project, Question Tration.

These are the high-level steps, and getting validation and momentum for each is crucial. I’ll start with research. Goodbye.
