- Each person has their own struggles when it comes to improving their communication skills. It’s not a static thing so people’s needs changes over time
- I try to tailor my pitch to each person, whether they’re a student, an experienced founder, or a first-time founder. But it’s very hard to do that in real time. But even if I’m able to do that, it’s still very hard to know what they have struggled with in their journey of improving their communication skills.
