- Why is it so hard to live with intention?
- Sometimes I find myself realizing that I just did something without Intention
- journaling helps with that but still, i always find myself getting sucked back into my default
- how do you overcome that?
why does it happen
- external stimuli or emotion like stress, nervousness, take our focus away from the moment
- If something “hijacks” your focus, the brain will drop the initial task to deal with it
