People in sales, consulting, leadership, and executive roles feel this the most. It’s becoming harder to sharpen and master these skills that matter most: selling with confidence, building trust, inspiring others, and communicating with clarity.

On top of that, people are more overwhelmed than ever with constant information, notifications, and digital noise that make real human connection harder to build and maintain. This overload is weakening our communication skills, emotional awareness, and ability to navigate in-person interactions.
