• i’m sure you guys have felt this feeling before where what you’re saying does not align with what you’re tryna say
  • You feel like your mouth movements are disconnected from your brain.
    • This happens to me quite often, especially in overwhelming areas, for example, in a noisy room like a party Or networking session or even in a quiet room like public speaking situations
  • I have found solution for that It’s mindfulness
  • but yesterday I managed to Discover a solution for this while I was preparing myself to speak in front of a group of people.
    • I was feeling quite nervous. And as you know, it’s quite hard to talk yourself nervousness. So all I could do is calm down.
    • Once it was my turn to speak, I had one goal is to be mindful of how I’m speaking. In have myself watch over myself and making sure that I don’t use any and only say words that I actually want to say.
    • Like Imagine having a Scanner that is scanning the things you just said, and the things You are about to say before you say them
    • There are Several benefits to this starting with the obvious one:
      • You’re able to Have more control with what you want to say rather than letting auto pilot control you
      • The second benefit that you would not notice unless you actually try this out, is you will get to see The deeper reason for why You fall trap to certain kinds of Flaws. Back to the Story where I presented around a minute, I Caught myself a little too late and said uh Twice. First off catching these Moments where you’re saying filler words Is a superpower But then adding the ability to know the Deep reason For why you say these things makes you even more powerful.
    • Then immediately after speaking, you would write down exactly where you messed up and why you messed up
    • I think if you do this, you would not need to Use an AI coach application where you would need to talk to an AI and then it will analyze your speech. You can analyze your own speech anywhere anytime and there’s no one better to get feedback from You can analyze your own speech anytime, anywhere, and there’s no better way to get feedback than from yourself.
