Most people think they have a “growth mindset”. they don’t.
We live in an era where it’s easier to binge 10hrs of “useful” content than to spend 10mins applying a single lesson from it
The fix is simple but it isn’t easy🧵
STOP DELAYING GROWTH
Growth mindset isn’t about endlessly collecting ideas. It’s about noticing lessons in your own life, mistakes, small wins, moments of clarity, and turning them into action IMMEDIATELY.
We’ve become geniuses in collecting information, storing them, and organizing them.
but the problem isn’t lack of knowledge.
It’s the discipline to turn what we already know into how we actually live
💡Knowledge is potential energy; discipline is what converts it into motion.
Without a system to apply insights the moment they appear, they fade away. Even if you write a note about it in your second brain
If we lived by even 10% of the wisdom we’ve collected, we’d be unstoppable.
Here’s what I’ve learned: To maintain a true growth mindset, you first need a solid foundation.
For me, this foundation means having my life under control: doing the things that I INTEND to do, not the things that I default to out of impulse or distraction.
If you don’t decide in advance how your time and energy will be used, you’ll revert to default behaviors which is usually the old habits you’ve been trying to escape
Growth isn’t about continuously learning It’s about deliberately designing and refining the life you live by default.
So how do you put this into practice?
I break it down in detail here

Read it if you’re serious about turning knowledge into action
You don’t need more information.
You need to live the information you already have.
Pick one lesson you’ve been “saving” and apply it before tomorrow.
And remember, growth compounds😉
