There’s a lot that I learned so I’ll try not to repeat myself. Already talked about Neuroplasticity, sleep, habits and their importance in the previous reflection

  • I initially noticed the importance of this course after I finally tried spaced repetition to study for my midterm. Since then I became more excited to try new study strategies because I finally discovered that it actually works
  • everything in life is influenced by how much you trust yourself
  • the biggest thing that this course has offered me is having more confidence in my ability to approach something new and experiment with the best way to approach that new thing
  • another big thing this course has offered me is the ability to receive and give feedback. We are sometimes blind to our flaws and the only way to be aware of these flaws is by being open to receive feedback from the people who know you well.
