- he sees cool things happening around and uses his power, status and charisma to talk about it
- he also just generally shows appreciation and genuine support for the people doing cool things
- I love building communities, making people feel supported and belonged
- I’m just not sure how I can leverage my zone of genius with this if I don’t have a community in the first place
- to have any chance of being able to build a community, I will have to find people like me and talk to them
