I’m in a position where I have an advantage against Jack. Without even having a chance to do anything about it, he snatches it away from me.

Improv helped me think fast in Conversation. What can I do to improve in Jiu Jitsu and specifically, thinking and reacting fast.

another thing could be The fact that I am not fully in the mindset of fighting for my life. I’m not taking My sparring too seriously. I’m not saying that I should put more effort and strength but just have some sort of adrenaline boost from the fact that someone is trying to choke me or sit on me. I shouldn’t want that to happen.
In other words, I need to be a little more unapologetic and trust myself and being able to win.
