Context

  • I go crazy in parties and enjoy it to the max while keeping it halal, but I still prefer spending that time on meaningful conversations. Making friends. Doing some activity together like a sport. Id even rather sit and do some work on My Projects instead.
  • but this time, it was my classmates and I found them somewhat cool so I decided to give it a go.

Feelings

  • before I met up with them. I was in my feels after my final demo presentation. Listened to Porter Robinson’s new album and played Immunity by Clario on repeat.
  • was in that mood until I arrived I flipped my switch and started to be more energetic
  • I decided to start by mentioning how I was feeling and how it’s the worst day for having a party for me

Thoughts + Story

  • Once again, truth or dare created an amazing and entertaining experience. All I had to do was spin a bottle and that’s all it took for us to get started. Everyone seemed to have fun. Which was not the case for the party, where 2 people couldn’t even enter, and a few left early.
  • All i did was feel the music and dance to the beat and move with the groove. My friends and everyone in there were amazed by my moves. I find it crazy how people who go all the time are not able to let go and let their bodies feel the music. I go once every blue moon and I’m able to enjoy it more than 99% of the people there
  • its so sad to see these people clearly trying to act like they’re having fun.
  • if you wanna have fun, you need to feel the dance, yet there’s only a rare few who do
  • I know how mentally exhausting it is to act like you’re having fun.(Acting like you’re having fun)
