Sitting in the emergency exit seat
If you are the last person to enter the plane, you can guarantee that if the emergency exit seats are empty, then no one purchased them. I’ve had success with a few airlines and failures with others. For the airlines that can potentially work out, you just have to not act or look sus. Act like you actually belong in that seat.

How to get free food
- if there are delays or anything of that sort. Use that to your advantage. Guilt trip them into giving you free stuff/services
- make sure you be low-key about it. Don’t go around and show off yr free thing. Cabin crew will hate you for that.
- as you’re leaving the plane, look around for some leftover/unopened food. I’ve gotten several sandwiches that were offered by the cabin crew left unopened in people’s seats. Plus points if you’re able to pass through the business class seats.
- In flights that offer a complimentary meal (that heated thingy), they usually don’t mind offering you a 2nd round if they have some left.
- so that’s something I started doing in my flights back home. I have my first meal. After they clean up everyone’s tables. I go up to them and respectfully ask them for a round 2.
- Careful of the people sitting beside you though. A baby started crying after he saw me have food. bro cried throughout the whole duration of me having my second round of food.
