• if I really think about it, I realize that one thing is striving to be Mindful. So me saying that I Haven’t been mindful whatsoever in the past month is concerning
  • but at least I’m aware of this problem and trying to change it to how I used to be: I don’t wanna mindlessly go through life
    • the struggle is when I currently have “nothing” in my life and waiting on others to have “something”
    • I need to learn to appreciate what I got right now and not rely on the future for satisfaction. The present is more than enough… This mindset is easier said that done
