- and a plethora of other things we can worry about for tomorrow
- but when you focus on 2 things:
- Sleep
- getting your thoughts out on your phone
- everything that comes to your head goes on the paper or the note
- I think the fact that you are focusing on a certain task of writing your thoughts out, which is not a very exciting task. It’s quite boring. It will bore you out until you fall asleep
