- A lot of social entrepreneurs fall trap into solving problems that would be nice to have. Rather than solving problems that need to be solved and have tangible proof that someone will pay for.

- 99% of ideas are bad
- Come up with a lot of ideas but also come up with a lot of reasons why it would fail. “Could there be a better/another way to do this?”
- Destroy ideas with lots of effort until eventually one diamond appears
