- sit or walk around and (uncreepily) watch people and come up with compliments in your head.
- And intend to not share that compliment
- this is important because it helps with when allowing yourself to think freely about anything and go crazy with your ideas and compliments. If you start thinking about compliments with the intention of sharing them, your creativity becomes limited.
- step 2
- you start doing them with people that are in some way similar to you. You trust that you’d vibe with them. Someone who you be comfortable making jokes around without being scared that they wouldn’t get it
- this gives you the feeling of Belongingness with the environment and the people there
- once you’re more connected with the people, you’d feel more comfortable putting your true “goofy” self out there
- which helps us advance to step 3
- step 3
- now ANYONE is complement able and it takes you minimal to no effort in putting yourself out there
- you’re at a Flow state where compliments come out naturally
- you’re no longer scared if people
- can’t match your vibe or
- don’t get your comment
- get offended
- you’re at a wavelength of your own and no one can stop it… Until your Social battery dies
